Founded by the Iozzo family in 1968

For over 50 years in the construction industry, Blue Star Construction has been a trusted provider of construction services and equipment rentals to developers all across Ontario. Founded by the Iozzo family in 1968, our company started its roots providing grading and haulage services locally around the Toronto area. Throughout the decades, the company continued to expand its services and in 1999, Blue Star began to specialize exclusively in earthmoving, excavation and site preparation.

With its home base located in Vaughan, just north of the Toronto downtown core, Blue Star has and continues to contribute to the expansion and development of the Greater Toronto Area as well as other areas of the province.

The company has worked on an array of projects including municipal developments for Toronto, Brampton, Whitby, and Newmarket, site excavation and preparation for several new residential subdivisions, as well as contaminated soil remediation for both commercial and public properties.
